Rev. Sara Keeling

Sara Porter Keeling is a native of Virginia. She grew up in Orange, Virginia and attended the University of Virginia for undergrad. It was through her experience at the Wesley Foundation that she experienced a call to ministry. She received her Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology and was ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church in 2011. She is currently working on a Doctorate of Ministry through Wesley Theological Seminary. She has served churches in Alexandria, Rappahannock, and Dale City. When she isn’t preaching barefoot at Mount Olivet, she’s exploring the metro area with her younger two kids (her oldest is fully grown and flown) or enjoying a cup of coffee and a book.
